To temporarily mute hot keys Press Ctrl+H . Pressing the same keys also un-mute the hotkeys. You can also Mute or un-mute the specific hotkeys.

VR Mode

Click on the VR Mode then the trainer options are changed into trainer buttons. Activate the trainer as usual with key board. Put your HTC Vive on and during the game press the menu button on the hand controller. At down click on the desktop button and you can easily press options buttons with your hand controller now.

- Oculus Rift

As of now the oculus has no unique input device and uses keyboard or x-box controller. Both are applicable by the trainer already.
